Sure, most of us at Slifer Designs have been on local TV, participated in radio interviews, been quoted in stories or even featured in magazines. We won’t lie – it is always exciting to be recognized for what we love to do: create fabulous interiors or help our customers find fabulous in our showroom. We’ve found that what we love to do truly does bring happiness to so many around us. Good design makes for a happy home.

A few months ago, on a snowy November day, the HGTV crew, along with Trista Sutter and the couple who own a sweet mid-century cabin in Minturn, descended upon the Edwards showroom. They eyed the store, loved all the accessories, furnishings and homegoods and got to work finding just the right pieces to bring the cabin into this millennium.
The couple tests out one of three sofas – and receives a few tips from Trista. Will this be the one they choose?
The couple was able to test a few sofas, see what they liked best and decide which one would fit best into their new home. While there, they picked out pillows, a chair here and there and used the cabin’s natural features to make the space sing.
