Summer is barbeque and outdoor-party season– whether a backyard baby shower, early evening soiree or laughter-filled brunch with friends. A handwritten thank you is always welcome after a fun fete, and no one ever turns down a bottle of wine upon arrival. We love Beatriz Ball. She uses sand casting, which involves pouring molten aluminum alloy into sand molds, and then going through four levels of polishing. Warm white wine can be a real problem… hence the popular Corkcicle. Pop it in the freezer, then pop it in your wine bottle for a chilly, refreshing bottle of wine. Perfect for hot summer night concerts, the ballet or backyard gathering.
