An edgy design concept parked at the base of Beaver Creek
Slifer Designs is helping create the latest in contemporary living at the base of Beaver Creek: Basecamp at Beaver Creek, luxurious, carefully curated townhomes. Berkshire Hathaway Realtor Page Slevin and industry partner Select Surfaces recommended Slifer to Gregg and Company, the developer and builder for the project. We appreciate our partnerships and word-of-mouth recommendations!
Working with Gregg and Company, Slifer Designs Principal Kim Toms has created two fixed finish packages that will complement the sweet location and decidedly cool feel of the project. The fixed finishes selected include the plumbing, countertops, tile, flooring, appliances, interior doors, cabinetry and hardware. Two packages, carefully selected based on clients’ vision for the project. The Mountain Chic package is sophisticated, clean and light. The Urban Edge package has more of an industrial feel without being masculine. Both work well in the airy, open-concept design, surrounded by nature right outside the door.
From sleek, stainless faucets to a sweet sliding barn door, wide-plank oak flooring to a well-designed powder room; the designs are up-to-date but will stand the test of time and look as good with young family visitors or dinner guests. One of our favorite design elements is the slab fireplace surround edged with steel on top and sides, the configuration enhances the expansive windows and the sunlight streaming in.
Basecamp consists of 15 townhomes, each with huge windows that perfectly captivate the look buyers want. Add in high-end appliances such as Wolf, Asko and Subzero and it’s a sought-after project. The units are spacious and set on the Eagle River with views of Beaver Creek mountain, so owners can enjoy a quiet moment by the fireplace, sit on a deck over the river or host a party for friends.
Want to get a true feel of how the units will look? Take a look at these floorplans. It’s easy to envision how spacious the completed project will be—each unit with a garage, 3 bedrooms and 3 ½ baths.
A well-designed house is always worth coming home to—and these make home even more welcoming.
